We tested multiple different types of dry neck lube and came to the conclusion that moly performed the best for us! The Moly Dry Neck Lube can be used for case expansion with mandrels, neck sizing, lubing bullets prior to seating, among other operations.  Works really well with all of our mandrels but is outstanding when paired with the Black Nitride coated mandrels and neck sizing inserts!

    We use an ultra-fine pure molybdenum disulfide powder along with a fine glass ball media. The kit comes with one jar with 1 oz. of moly powder, one jar with 2 ounces of media with moly added to it, and a small scoop for adding more moly to the media. Simply shake the jar with media and moly and dip your case neck or bullet in the media and spin a few times. That’s it! No need to remove this from the brass after sizing, it will not contaminate the powder. In fact, there are some interesting studies and results on the use of dry lubes in terms of expansion and bullet lubrication. This may reduce the chances of bullet “cold welding”. There is enough moly for thousands of cases in this kit! Just add 3-4 scoops of moly to the media when lube is depleted. Always use safety glasses and gloves while handling this and during your reloading process!
